SurveysWithGames.com runs in AWS’s main data center, located in Northern Virginia with our backup data center being located in Oregon. The external analytics database runs in Google Cloud’s data centers in South Carolina, with our backups stored in Iowa.
How long we store Personally Identifiable Information
We store Personally Identifiable Information for 24 months after an account goes dormant. Otherwise, the account manager the direct action to delete the personally identifiable information.
How Personally Identifiable Information is destroyed when no longer necessary for the business use
The account manager has the power to delete all content from our server at any time. Deleting your content may not immediately remove the content you have published to our systems because of caching and backups. SurveysWithGames.com guarantees full erasure of deleted data within 60 days of a written request.
